What a fantastic, profound insight/contemplation. U r so, so right - ego has a way of surviving @ any cost, whether by creating constant cycle of past regrets or future anx, or by seeking constant validation, or by making me believe that I am my thots, emotions & exp or by making me believe that my opinion is the abs truth & defo my ego loves to label others. OMG u hv thru 1 video abs thrashed my ego. I needed to hear every word of ur video. Now my med will really make a start coz these were all the unseen hurdles that were blocking my mind. Purif of mind >> beg of med. 🙏 🙏 ❤❤

Thank you so much for your kind words and honest feedback! 🙏✨ I’m really glad you found the content insightful. 🌿💡 I completely understand how background music can sometimes be distracting, especially when the message requires deep focus and reflection. 🎧💭 I truly appreciate you pointing that out, and I’ll be sure to keep it in mind to improve future videos for a more peaceful experience. 🌌🧘♂️ Is there any particular topic or question you’d like me to explore next? 😊🌟
Wow! 🌟 What a profound and thought-provoking comment-thank you so much for sharing your insights! 🙏✨ You’ve beautifully captured the complexity of the **ego** and its role in our human experience. 🌿💭 It’s so true-the ego and mind aren’t inherently “bad” but are tools given to us as part of this divine journey. 🌌 They help us navigate desires, emotions, and purpose, but it’s how we **use** them that determines whether we move closer to or further from our higher self-or God. 🙌 I also love your mirror analogy-it’s such a powerful reminder that self-reflection is key. 🪞 Instead of blaming external factors, we’re called to look inward, own our actions, and take responsibility for shaping our growth. 🌱✨ Part 2 is definitely coming soon, and I’m so excited to dive deeper into these ideas about **balance**, **integration**, and using the ego and mind as allies rather than enemies. 🧘♂️💫 What’s been your biggest revelation or breakthrough in learning to work *with* the ego rather than against it? 😊🌟
Aww! 😊🙏 Thank **you** so much! 💓✨ Your gratitude is deeply felt, and I’m truly honored to share this journey with you. 🌿🧘♀️ Is there a specific topic or question you’d like me to explore in future content? 🌟💬 I’d love to hear your thoughts! 😊

Wow! 🌟 That’s such a beautifully profound statement-thank you for sharing it! 🙏✨ It’s so powerful to recognize ourselves as formless consciousness, simply observing the thoughts and experiences of the body and mind. 🌿🧘♂️ When we connect with that awareness, it’s like stepping into a whole new level of freedom and clarity. 🌌💫 What inspired this insight for you? I’d love to hear more about your perspective! 😊✨
Thank you so much for your honest feedback! 🙏✨ I really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. 🌿💬 I completely understand how background music can sometimes feel like a distraction, especially when the message is as deep and reflective as non-duality. 🧘♂️🌌 Your input is really valuable, and I’ll definitely keep it in mind to make future content even more impactful. What aspects of non-duality resonate with you the most? I’d love to hear your thoughts! 😊🌟
Haha! 😂 Thank you so much for your honest feedback and sense of humor! 🙏✨ I really appreciate you sticking with the message despite the background music. 🌿💬 I’ll definitely keep this in mind for future videos to make the experience even more peaceful and distraction-free. 🌌🧘♂️ What kind of topics or questions would you like to explore more on the channel? 😊🌟
I have found that the experience of humility is incompatible with the ego and its selfishness. Humility is felt when I surrender to the present moment, accepting it fully, accepting what is, as if I chose it, as Eckhart Tolle says. What is more foolish than resisting what is? It creates suffering which is what the ego thrives on. So the more profound the humility I experience the more the ego is suppressed. They are inversely proportional to one another.
Wow! 🌟 What a beautifully articulated reflection-thank you so much for sharing this wisdom. 🙏✨ You’ve captured such a powerful truth-**humility and ego truly cannot coexist**. 🌿 When we surrender to the present moment, as Eckhart Tolle teaches, we step out of resistance and into peace. 🌌🧘♂️ It’s incredible how suffering often dissolves when we stop fighting what is and instead embrace it fully. I especially love your insight about humility being a gateway to quieting the ego. It reminds me that the more we align with acceptance and gratitude, the less space there is for ego-driven thoughts to thrive. 🌼💫 What has been the most transformative moment for you when practicing this surrender to the present? 😊🌟
The mind operates on ego and the ego is the mind. If the mind does not exist then ego doesn't either. The ego is the doer of all our deeds be they good or bad or fact. Q. Assume there is "zero ego" in a given mind then does the body heart & mind die or become happy content peaceful and fulfilled? NO. Q. The ego and mind are present for the fulfilment of one's body, heart & mind desires needs wants needs, hopes wishes and procreate. This human life with a material body, heart's emotions & mind's desires are a divine gift to all 8 billion from God The Creator. How one uses these to do their life's deeds determines one to be near God or far away from God. What we sow so shall we reap... A bad plumber always blames his tools or points fingers at others... don't blame the mind or ego or heart...blame yourself !!! " Mirror mirror on the wall whose the filthiest of them All? You Are...I can see you, but you can't see You !!!
Let me tell you one thing. When the mind stops thinking it's one of the scariest emotions you can ever feel in existence. Your brain goes beyond any physical realm. So to be alive or existing as a life it's ok to have thoughts. But to be less sad, depressed or overall to reduce negatives we can do is be Equanimous with every thought.
Wow! 🌟 What a profound reflection-thank you so much for sharing this. 🙏✨ You’re absolutely right-when the mind becomes still, it can feel unsettling at first, almost like stepping into the unknown. 🌌 But that stillness also opens a doorway to something deeper, beyond the physical realm, where we can truly observe ourselves. I love how you highlighted **equanimity** as the key. 🌿 Maintaining balance and acceptance with each thought, instead of resisting or attaching to it, is such a powerful practice for finding peace amidst the chaos. 🧘♂️💭 What has helped you the most in cultivating this state of equanimity? 🌟😊
That’s such a profound question-thank you for bringing it up! 🙏✨ In Vedantic philosophy, **Ahankara** (the ego or sense of "I-ness") is considered a part of the **Antahkarana** (the inner instrument), which includes the **Manas** (mind), **Buddhi** (intellect), and **Chitta** (memory). 🌿💭 But when we ask, *who or what created the mind?*-we step into the realm of deeper inquiry. 🌌 According to **Advaita Vedanta**, the **mind** arises as a projection of **Maya** (illusion) from **Brahman**-the ultimate, formless reality. 🧘♂️✨ It’s said that the mind is not a separate entity but an **apparent modification** of consciousness itself. In essence, the mind is like a wave arising from the ocean of pure awareness. 🌊 Yet, just like the wave, it’s never truly separate from the ocean-it’s an extension of it. What’s fascinating is that self-inquiry, as taught by sages like **Ramana Maharshi**, invites us to keep asking, *“Who am I?”* until we transcend the mind entirely and rest in the awareness that exists before thoughts arise. 🌿🕉️ What are your thoughts on this perspective? Does it resonate with your understanding? 😊✨
@MIRROROFTHEMIND-lv7vf The mind just act as a instruments for pure consciousness to create awareness & "it" appears & disappears in Atman i don't think is a extension from Brahman
Exactly! 🌌☁️ That’s such a beautiful analogy. 🙏✨ Being the **sky** and observing **thoughts** like passing **clouds** is a perfect way to describe awareness and mindfulness. 🌿🧘♂️ The sky remains vast, still, and untouched, no matter how many clouds come and go. In the same way, our true essence is unchanging and peaceful, even as thoughts, emotions, and experiences move through us. 🌞💭 What has been your experience with practicing this kind of awareness? 😊🌟
Haha! 😂 I love this comment-thank you for sharing it! 🙌🍰 It’s funny how the ego sometimes convinces us we *need* that extra slice, right? It’s always looking for comfort, pleasure, and a little indulgence. But hey, maybe it wasn’t just the ego... maybe your soul needed a sweet treat too! 😋✨ What’s something else your “ego” has talked you into lately? I’d love to hear more fun stories like this! 😄

What has helped you the most in cultivating this state of equanimity? 🌟😊
It's Vipassana Meditation.
It's Ahankara part of the MIND but who or what created the Mind ?
That’s such a profound question-thank you for bringing it up! 🙏✨
In Vedantic philosophy, **Ahankara** (the ego or sense of "I-ness") is considered a part of the **Antahkarana** (the inner instrument), which includes the **Manas** (mind), **Buddhi** (intellect), and **Chitta** (memory). 🌿💭
But when we ask, *who or what created the mind?*-we step into the realm of deeper inquiry. 🌌
According to **Advaita Vedanta**, the **mind** arises as a projection of **Maya** (illusion) from **Brahman**-the ultimate, formless reality. 🧘♂️✨ It’s said that the mind is not a separate entity but an **apparent modification** of consciousness itself.

Not true. It is only your ego, saying I just thought so and so, it's all ego, there's nothing else.
After I write this comment, I’m going to delete this UA-cam. Why,so you ask. Who’s the Person who thought the music was a good idea.
