It was more then a rumor it was very close to happening but dwade and lebron wouldn't sign if the bull's didn't include bosh in the deal , the bullshad Noah at the time and didn't think bosh was necessary , but i think dwade and lebron never had any intentions of really signing in Chicago just using them for leverage for a better deal in Miami.

I seen it happen in real time the moment that dunk occurred I knew he was leaving. I thought they were all joining the Bulls but the went to the HEAT instead. Pat Riley gave them all shares in the teams stock and the Bulls organization refused to give them that much power. The rest is history.
As a Bulls fan in Chicago, we didn't expect to get LeBron. We knew CHI's front office wasn't going to get him or Wade as they had became complacent. Knicks fans and the media were the most delusional as they were campaigning and proclaiming he was going to NY. It was almost non-stop "LeBron to Knicks" or "King of NY" articles everywhere.

Here's mine , I said before kobe passed and once Lebron landed in LA, on a 3 yr deal. I felt Kobe was going to be in an akward spot to litterally maybe even infront row , would have had to 'witness' Lebron win 2 or atleast 3 rings with his beloved LAKERS. His best friend Rob runs the team With Jeenie Buss, so he'd love that part but would he really? they did it with a new superstar who quiet as kept didnt have a great relationship with Kobe. Imagine Kobe getting passed up in rings by Lebron in a Lakers jersey. I think this would have prompted Kobe to un retire before he got close to atleast 1 upping him. As well as finally catching MJ with 6. This is what i thought about when Kobe died too besides the tragedy. Imagine this. make a vid on it . PEACE
