Thanks for the amazing explanation ! Solutions to Ax = 0 indicates what ?. I guess it is called null space but I am not sure what does it really mean. A toy example can help illustrate.
Tum bahut mast kaam karta hai Maqsood Bhai. Tum motivation mat loose karo, apun aapka saara video dekhega. Pinky promise. Aur video upload karo na Maqsood bhai.
Good video. Incase someone is still confused, look towards rank and Ax=0. That should help clear things up and you can come back to this video for clarification.
Since, the third column is (8, 2) and first 2 are vectors along x and y axes respectively. The third column is equal to 8 times first and 2 times second. 8*c1 + 2*c2=c3, now move c3 to lhs and see.
We have two free variable here. Set the value 1 to one of the and rest to zero. Then set 1 to second one and zero to rest. (In short we have to do this recursively)
It took me around 2 hrs just to understand why there is -C3 or -1 in the solution. if I explain in my way, just imagine to cancel out the third column and to vanish C3 we have to add -C3 . it is more like C3= 8c1+2C2 and 0=8c1+2c2-c3.
I was on the same page in the book and it totally confused me, thanks for explaining so well

Thank you so much for a great explanation, Sir
I just have one question. In 9:17, where -C3 + 0C4 derived from?

@@rohanbhandari7796 Can you tell me the name of this rule or a video that explains it, please?
