I am so disappointed in this printer. Paper jams all the time. Now it has fed a whole batch, can't be cleared. It is going back to Costco.

This printer is junk so far, not even the Geed Squad could get it connected to the wifi so I had to use USB cables to connect it to my computer. Now I still can't use it because it had continuous paper jams. The first page prints fine but the second page jams every time. There is nothing blocking it paper and I had someone come out to look at it and out of 3 businesses all 3 say it is just junk. I agree.
