You got those points by participating in the event when FIFA mobile was still a thing (the last season of FIFA Mobile before it closed and became FC24 Mobile)

@@saiyanbrother5659 ikr I had 136 ovr but the only players that Cary over are pioneer players. What you can do is go to store and click founders, then you can open more packs based on how high your ovr is
