Ini baru tengok one part of the whole performance 😂. Full semua dalam 40 min tu. Itupun korang tak tengok sekali intro to this dionysus stage. Tapi diorang punya stage on MMA 2019 ni lebih meaningful for army, sebab diorang play or mash up a lot of songs from their old discography. And not to mention they also perform Boy in Luv(2014) and Boy with Luv(2019), which is connected.
Just like how in MMA 2020, they performed ON(2020) and a little snippets of N.O.(2013) at the intro. Its fun to catch these little connections they put to the song titles and details in the choreography or the stage performance.
Can't lie . When i see your notification i going crazy too 😂😂 . It's hard to see your reaction on BTS . For me is so precious ! ✨ .

One of many things ppl love abt bts is their lyricism. They are some poetic lyricist, and put so much imagery, wordplay, metaphores in their lyrics to convey emotions and meanings behind their songs.
Dionysus is the name of a greek god. There is a whole lot history abt dionysus to be talked in relation to this album itself. But one is dionysus is a fertility god, and associated with wine, and grapes. He hs thyrsos which is the his wand. And this song is abt their madness in their art, the addiction to consume their arts and music and portrays it as dionysus. Its a long story actually😭😭i cant describe everything but its a great song...

The intro breakdance part ARMY gila tu is the one of the old song tajuknya N.O. But if you guys see the intro before Dionysus performance, it's totally gempak and terlampau speechless if see every members do their own performance. Dionysus is a Greek word and this song partly include from greek god mythology. Dionysus is the Greek god of wine and grape harvest. In short they are related to being 'drunk'. As for BTS, this song is implying that they're drunk in artistry and music. Dionysus was the Greek god of partying and his parties were often associated with ritual madness and ecstasy, reflecting the chaos and darker sides of gaining pleasure. Here, BTS references their diligence in the studio to be extremely rewarding, despite the seemingly never ending workload. They reflect that even though they labour everyday to the point of exhaustion, they have no-one but themselves to blame as it is their own “greed” for music and success that pushes them onwards. This furthers the narrative of intoxicating oneself with art.

Ahhh this was the very end of a 37 minute performance at MMA 2019, I wish you had reacted to the rest of it first but hopefully you will at some point. Also, the reason the fans were cheering a lot during the dance break was because they remixed one of their very first songs and that particular one was unexpected. They included a lot of remixes/instrumentals of a lot of their older songs during the whole show so it was really great! And you're right, they have a choreographer but they help with it as well, mainly J-Hope :) (The part of the song you liked is in the original song, the only change for the performance was the dance break.)

if ur wondering why armys cheering out loud was because the breakdance song in their performance is one of their old song ; NO . dekat MAMA 2019 BTS ada bawak lagu ni . and cuz dulu masa diorang nak perform (debut) some tv shows cut them and their song dari broadcast and performing . so when they got worldwide and become more famous , diorang bawak lagu ni balik ..sebab nak tunjukkan yang diorang boleh berjaya even diorang kena layan sebegitu .
