The SP cost for spawning in CAS should be double what it is right now. There's no way you should be able to cap one objective and spawn it in. It's cancer at lower ranks.

I always love the arguments of whales on reddit/steam discussions with multi thousand hours accounts in the game that say its fine, that its just a skill issue and to just learn to play AA. All real "arguments" a guy with 10k hours told me. Planes have their own game mode already why can't tanks.
See the problem with people saying get good. I'm somebody that has played thousands of hours of this game probably wrapped around 2K hours if not more is the fact that there is zero incentive to shoot down an enemy airplane. Especially when you're just trying to grind because it simply doesn't give you enough points. If shooting down an airplane gave you one and a half or double the points that you got for shooting an enemy tank I could definitely see peope dedicated to aa. And try to spend the entire game in the air shooting down the enemy cas. I don't care if my team wins or loses I have nothing to gain from it I simply hope that somebody who is grinding out tanks like I was can just enjoy one of those good games that sometimes people have without needing to worry about getting a couple kills and then getting revenge bombed. And the fact that it takes somebody that doesn't care about the game anymore to try and do this for my teammates to have fun. Is absolutely ridiculous. There is no "get good" because there is no reason for people to main AA. If there was a significant better incentive, and for planes were more difficult to get there could definitely be a possibility of a game mode where planes and tanks can absolutely work. But without incentive with people just trying to do their best to grind the terribly slow game it just needs an option for the people that is a proper ground only mode. I played a game yesterday in which one dude literally had a full plane line-up in Ground RB. He rushed a cap in a Concept 3 only to J out and spawn a Strokemaster. He bombed and rocketed my entire team, only to be taken down and spawn a Tempest... to bomb the entire team once again. I took him out for the second time, and then he used a backup to spawn the Strokemaster again. I swear they need to increase the spawn points for planes, or at least increase the spawn points for the armaments, because having one cap grants you a fully loaded plane is wildness
A big part of the problem is that, if you want to groundpound in RB, you're almost forced to do it in ground battles. Groundpounding in ARB is suicidal and not very fun. My solution to this was learning to play sim, but that's obviously not for everyone. I bet if gaijin reintroduced RB Enduring Confrontation, the amount of CAS spam in GRB would decrease. EC is also just a straight up superior game mode to ARB. Unfortunately Gaijin hates fun, and relies on frustration to drive sales, so RBEC is probably permanently dead.

Super Pershing is trash compared to Tiger II H, it just gets played by people with functioning brains. When I'm in a Panther A, I'll take a Super Pershing pushing me over a T34 or even a T26E5 literally any day of the week. If either of those two tanks angle properly I'm doomed, but the Super Pershing can't do anything to stop me from shooting his vertical drive. Thing would be literally unplayable if the gun slumped without that roof cylinder like it would in real life.
Yes but no, players with one cap can actually spawn on a plane with full payload (Like 2 Tons of bombs + rockets in some cases) but the best option to do that on the br are the hellcats, not the pershing's, 'cause of airstrike "module" you can cap 1 point scout some suicidal enemy and get the plane in no time, the fastest I seen was 4min to see a full payload P47 on the distance.
I really appreciate when you point out the enemies you missed while playing, even if you later do spot them. You do seem, however, able to spot enemies that I would likely be unable to spot, ones sometimes obscured by what appears to be nearly impenetrable foliage.

I used to play a LOT of USA 5.7. Now that the M18 is 6.0, there is literally zero reason to do anything but what you describe. Obviously I'm gonna first spawn the M18, it's the only competitive vehicle in the lineup besides the M36B2 with HEAT-FS, and once I get a cap, a kill, and some spotting assists, of course I'm spawning CAS. Why would I bring an overtiered Sherman out in the endless 6.7 matches against waves of King Tigers when I can spawn a plane and bomb all the heavy tanks sniping into my spawn? People will endlessly whine about USA spamming CAS, meanwhile they spawn nothing but Nazi and Soviet heavy tanks and camp all game.

@@shronkler1994 Ah yes, lemme bring a 76 jumbo so I can get uptiered to 7.3 and still be one shot frontally by a 6.3 Tiger II P anyways. American armour is just worse than Germany and Russia at 6.7. I'll stick to fighting (mostly) WW2 vehicles in the constant uptiers. 6.3 was worth playing with the Super Pershing, but now that thing is worthless at 6.7. Just because I could creep around in a heavy tank, constantly waiting to be rushed by a 60s HEAT-FS car or derped by a brainrotted artillery vehicle, and get a couple kills, doesn't mean it's worth my time or remotely as effective as just playing a Tiger II. Light tank meta exists for a reason, I'm not trading mobility, small size, scouting, low SP cost, and no-armour-best-armour-screw-your-APHE, for a largely meaningless firepower upgrade, (no HEAT-FS that I can get at 5.7,) practically useless armour outside of non-existant downtiers, and, wait, nope, that's it. Higher SP cost for the privilege of being an enormous target that survives just long enough to experience even more track and barrel torture. Just because strategy A and B can both win doesn't imply they are equally effective.
@@shronkler1994 I carry the vast majority of my games, and my winrate correlates extremely with using CAS instead of overtiered heavy tanks. I lost more games when I relied more on tanks, because you can't be everywhere at once, and the playerbase sucks so bad you have to carry the entire map the entire game

The Super Pershing is a very effective heavy tank: it's fast and can penetrate almost everything at its Battle Rating. As for the Tiger II, it can bounce many shots. If you know how to play it, you will perform well in every battle (unless you face CAS).
Gayjin should double the plane spawn points requirements or add some extra requirements to spawn planes, maybe 2 or more kills or assists with ground wehicle.
what many people don't realise is that so many battles are lost due to spawning in CAS. They do so little and then either get spaa or that's it. They're out. Keep it as it is, the rush to spawn a plane often costs them the battle.
Many battles are also lost because of the W key crew, only going forwards. And then like 10 of them sit bunched up in cap being easy targets for cas or tanks. Then when killed they yell about cas or bias and quit the match

They don't care about winning or losing the match, silly billy. They want to grief from the air because it takes very little skill and gets them kills.
As an American main, I do love spawning in my M18 GMC, getting 1 kill and a cap. After Which I Spawn My Beautiful P47D-28, Equipped with: 2x 1000LB Bombs 1x 500LB Bomb 8x HVAR Rockets 2x triple M6 Bazooka launchers 8x 12.5 Cal with tracer belts
It is not a tank for brawling with that's for sure, but it is quite scary if used right. Yes, reload is horrid, but that goes for almost all Russian 122s...

Tiger II was equiped with the panthers engine and transmision, which where very underpowered. Some say it was made for the sake of standarization (E-series) or maybe because desperation. The tiger II Sla.16 is suposed to use the engine power it initially was intended to have, with an experimental engine.
I love how the gaijin benefits the premiums : me in 4 years with the Tiger II, I've never been put in 5.7 or 6.0 matches, but premium does it 3 times in one video... Incredible
i tested tiger 2 penetration on the test drive is4 and found you can pen the upper part of the drivers port (albeit it's very pixel hunty) and i confirmed my findings in game when i imagined to kill an is4 from the front with a t26e5 using that exact spot. found it from this video of some other guy killing one with a t32
Cry more dude, I get an ace in my M18 most games before I start bombing the endless spam of downtiered 6.7 and 7.0 heavies. Let me know when USA stops getting shafted for playing vehicles well and doesn't have to fight Tiger IIs and IS-2s with 76mm APHE. At least now I can play the M36B2 and sling HEAT-FS across the map like a douche.

That guy with 1 cap may have gotten hits or crits too. I recall one of those 4.0 soviet rocket launcher trucks spamming our spawn, getting no kills but getting a plane without even a cap before.

How I grinded Op overlord event. 6.3 US. Take hellcat, rush a cap, scout people as they drive up. (Optional 1 or 2 kills) spawn F4U. Ez 2Kish score a game
I find the king tiger fun to play, you just gotta be very CAS aware. found taking an indirect route and playing ambush tactics is very effective. Even more effective if you're playing with someone who can scout, or decap a point after you're in position and you can blast the people coming to retake it.
Good Morning Dollar, Well today you made my Sunday happier you played using my favorite tank, the Tiger King he doesn't have that name for nothing when I enter the match using him I kind of feel the fear of my opponents when they face me him face to face because he is really a king he is so powerful that the enemies, because they don't know how to play with tanks, use and abuse planes to destroy him even because they are a bunch of inexperienced players and think they are good just for playing with America, but I've already found some really good players playing in America and they don't need to use a plane to destroy a tiger king, they just use a tank because they know how to play, the Tiger king is far superior to the Super Pershing, the only good thing about Pershing is the cannon of the rest nothing is superior to the Tiger King whoever chooses to play America wants everything easy in the game, at the beginning when I chose Germany to start playing I suffered a lot against the T26 and M18 because it is too easy to play with these tanks, I didn't know the art of cornering German tanks but after a lot of suffering I learned and today I say with 100% certainty it's not easy for anyone to destroy me using an American tank, good dollar I'm sorry for the giant comment but I really appreciate you doing it the wonderful work you do bringing light and funny content to entertain us God bless you a big hug and maybe one day we will meet on the battlefields of War Thunder, right have a beautiful day and see you later.

Funny enough, I somehow managed to kill Super Pershing with Fox frontally using APHE with like 50 something pen in one shot that blew up his ammo. My aim was only to disable his exposed elevation drive (the double barrel thingy above the mantlet) but a shrapnel somehow made his turret go 9/11 into earth orbit
Indeed, SP cost for CAS is quite low, but I think it somewhat balances uptiered tanks, like you could see in the video. Almost nothing can pen tiger 2 in downtier if you angle correctly. And Dollar was just steamrolling. So in contract bombs are quite effective. So I think that CAS is at a decent place, maybe a bit more SP cost like 1 cap and 1 assist.

Really good armor. In a full downtier I got I had recieving damage 580 score, which is about 10score per hit, so I survived about 50 hits before dying

The reason super pershing is the best 6.7 tank is because USA CAS rules the ground. Otherwise i'd agree Tiger 2 is amazing.

The intro feels so real. I get so much more often bombed by cas in the Tiger 2, than when i play the AMX M4 or Panther.

Super Pershing is more comfortable because it doesn't face m50, m56, t92 and other US HEATFS 6.7 bullshit.

in situations where you're on big maps or you're being spawncamped then yea, bring out a plane. but dont act like american tanks are helpless without planes.
@@shronkler1994 Ah yes, lemme bring a 76 jumbo so I can get uptiered to 7.3 and still be one shot frontally by a 6.3 Tiger II P anyways. American armour is just worse than Germany and Russia at 6.7. I'll stick to fighting (mostly) WW2 vehicles in the constant uptiers. 6.3 was worth playing with the Super Pershing, but now that thing is worthless at 6.7. Just because I could creep around in a heavy tank, constantly waiting to be rushed by a 60s HEAT-FS car or derped by a brainrotted artillery vehicle, and get a couple kills, doesn't mean it's worth my time or remotely as effective as just playing a Tiger II. Light tank meta exists for a reason, I'm not trading mobility, small size, scouting, low SP cost, and no-armour-best-armour-screw-your-APHE, for a largely meaningless firepower upgrade, (no HEAT-FS that I can get at 5.7,) practically useless armour outside of non-existant downtiers, and, wait, nope, that's it. Higher SP cost for the privilege of being an enormous target that survives just long enough to experience even more track and barrel torture. Just because strategy A and B can both win doesn't imply they are equally effective.
@@shronkler1994 I carry the vast majority of my games, and my winrate correlates extremely with using CAS instead of overtiered heavy tanks. I lost more games when I relied more on tanks, because you can't be everywhere at once, and the playerbase sucks so bad you have to carry the entire map the entire game

M18 gets BS move to 6.0 because it gets played well, and now I have to fight 6.7 EVERY SINGLE GAME. Yeah, gfy, I'm spamming CAS.

The Super Pershing is a very effective heavy tank: it's fast and can penetrate almost everything at its Battle Rating.
As for the Tiger II, it can bounce many shots. If you know how to play it, you will perform well in every battle (unless you face CAS).
It's always a lot of fun to play with Tiger II, I look forward to AVRE, it will be at least... fun 👀

Gayjin should double the plane spawn points requirements or add some extra requirements to spawn planes, maybe 2 or more kills or assists with ground wehicle.
what many people don't realise is that so many battles are lost due to spawning in CAS. They do so little and then either get spaa or that's it. They're out. Keep it as it is, the rush to spawn a plane often costs them the battle.
Many battles are also lost because of the W key crew, only going forwards. And then like 10 of them sit bunched up in cap being easy targets for cas or tanks. Then when killed they yell about cas or bias and quit the match
They don't care about winning or losing the match, silly billy. They want to grief from the air because it takes very little skill and gets them kills.
As an American main, I do love spawning in my M18 GMC, getting 1 kill and a cap.

It is not a tank for brawling with that's for sure, but it is quite scary if used right. Yes, reload is horrid, but that goes for almost all Russian 122s...

Tiger II was equiped with the panthers engine and transmision, which where very underpowered. Some say it was made for the sake of standarization (E-series) or maybe because desperation. The tiger II Sla.16 is suposed to use the engine power it initially was intended to have, with an experimental engine.
Cas needs to be like 5 kills before u can even spawn in one at all

Tiger 2 when it encounters an Is-4 head on just cries.
Tiger II when it goes full uptier (and lo and behold I uptier it constantly to 7.7-8.3). It's fun, but ATGMs are bad news.
i tested tiger 2 penetration on the test drive is4 and found you can pen the upper part of the drivers port (albeit it's very pixel hunty) and i confirmed my findings in game when i imagined to kill an is4 from the front with a t26e5 using that exact spot. found it from this video of some other guy killing one with a t32

the tiger II (premium) actually almost got me some of my first nukes, lined up with the 6.3 arado, it's a really fun vehicle.
That guy with 1 cap may have gotten hits or crits too. I recall one of those 4.0 soviet rocket launcher trucks spamming our spawn, getting no kills but getting a plane without even a cap before.

I find the king tiger fun to play, you just gotta be very CAS aware. found taking an indirect route and playing ambush tactics is very effective. Even more effective if you're playing with someone who can scout, or decap a point after you're in position and you can blast the people coming to retake it.
Good Morning Dollar, Well today you made my Sunday happier you played using my favorite tank, the Tiger King he doesn't have that name for nothing when I enter the match using him I kind of feel the fear of my opponents when they face me him face to face because he is really a king he is so powerful that the enemies, because they don't know how to play with tanks, use and abuse planes to destroy him even because they are a bunch of inexperienced players and think they are good just for playing with America, but I've already found some really good players playing in America and they don't need to use a plane to destroy a tiger king, they just use a tank because they know how to play, the Tiger king is far superior to the Super Pershing, the only good thing about Pershing is the cannon of the rest nothing is superior to the Tiger King whoever chooses to play America wants everything easy in the game, at the beginning when I chose Germany to start playing I suffered a lot against the T26 and M18 because it is too easy to play with these tanks, I didn't know the art of cornering German tanks but after a lot of suffering I learned and today I say with 100% certainty it's not easy for anyone to destroy me using an American tank, good dollar I'm sorry for the giant comment but I really appreciate you doing it the wonderful work you do bringing light and funny content to entertain us God bless you a big hug and maybe one day we will meet on the battlefields of War Thunder, right have a beautiful day and see you later.

One of my favourite tanks in game has to be the M46 patton. Keeps the Tiger 2's in check
Funny enough, I somehow managed to kill Super Pershing with Fox frontally using APHE with like 50 something pen in one shot that blew up his ammo. My aim was only to disable his exposed elevation drive (the double barrel thingy above the mantlet) but a shrapnel somehow made his turret go 9/11 into earth orbit
T26E5, T34 and T26E1 is IMO the most potent heavy tank lineup at that tier overall
Indeed, SP cost for CAS is quite low, but I think it somewhat balances uptiered tanks, like you could see in the video. Almost nothing can pen tiger 2 in downtier if you angle correctly. And Dollar was just steamrolling. So in contract bombs are quite effective. So I think that CAS is at a decent place, maybe a bit more SP cost like 1 cap and 1 assist.
