During the X-Factor and the next 1-2 years, her vocals were the best, clear, powerful, she could do high notes.. now she sounds tired, out of breathe, her voice is a lot weaker, raspier ( I love her raspy voice, though) and on high notes she sounds strained. Maybe smoking damaged her voice ? Or maybe her voice just changed through the years as she became an adult ? Either way, her voice is beautiful and I love Lauren, she is my queen❤❤❤❤
It's mostly because of smoking and bad techniques (as she says in one of their takeovers she unawarringly sometimes sings from her throat trying to hit notes she probably shouldn't aka the other girls' range.) I love her raspy voice but sometimes too much rasp is bad.
I love Lauren to the bone but I see no improvement. She was great and she still is. Her breath control still needs improvement, I'm sure she could work on that.
