I actually like how RBW organizes their trainee. Their trainees dont waste their time in just the practice room. RBW exposes them and technically trains them that way and actually learn from experiences. Yes, no marketing investment made but atleast the trainees can stand on the stage because in the end thats the main goal. Compared to other companies, trainees just literally rot in the training room and some even fired/let go by the company.
Kinda wise marketing too coz by this the trainees are gaining fans and experience that can build thier confidence. Also they get used to the stage that when they debut they won't feel awkward in their performances.
