Hello Anastasia! Nice videos I love it! Do you ever take walk ins at all or all appointments? Some nail salons say they only take appts where I’m from but I notice they squeeze in walk ins. It ruins our time schedule and I don’t rush and refuse to rush. Thanks for sharing this video:)
you point on having your own nails looking good is so spot on-it is free advertising. I always have people ask where do I get my nails done have a business card ready to hand out
I know im randomly asking but does any of you know of a way to log back into an instagram account?? I was dumb forgot my login password. I would appreciate any assistance you can offer me.
Her 2nd point is exactly how I've built my client base. I live near a small town and everyone comments on my nails when I shop, go to appointments etc- I started giving out cards after that and now I have several regular clients.
Hi Anastasia! I think this was a great video. I am a DIY stay at home mom who does nails for a hobby. My daughter often stays I should get certified and do them at home.... thank you so much for this information! I have saved this video for reference. Question please... how long can a person keep extensions on for and should they " give their nails a break" even it is just a overlay? I hear so many different kinds of things like every few months to never... what is your thoughts please as I trust your work and knowledge. Thanks for your videos Anastasia! Happy holidays and stay safe.
I am going to University next year and I will try to start doing nails professionally as a job. I want to be a nail tech as a second job. I actually got girls asking me how much money I want to do their nails before I even thought of doing this proffessionally. Since you stay at home then I think this is exactly what you need. It will entertain you and you'll have your own money to spend for you or to invest in something. As for your question your nails don't need to rest unless they have some issue like fungus, infections, wounds because they are made from keratin and their basically dead. You can do nail fills as long as you want if you make sure that you remove lifting each time and you file the natural nail underneath, to make sure no moisture gets in the nail bed. I keps doing nail fills for 6 months but I don't have a drill so after this time my natural nails started lifting badly so I took them off and did a full set with forms.
@@i.8885 thank you so very much! I am totally going to look into it...I love it and my daughter and her friends love their nails too. I just recently started to think about becoming certified. Anastasia is wonderful. Thank you for replying to me! Merry Christmas, happy holidays and stay safe!
I enjoy doing my own nails, and I have no intention of being a tech, but when my girl Anastasia posts, I have to watch!

Ahhhhh I am so excited to be a future nail tech and do all these things I’m so pumped
Sometimes I let my extensions grow out 4+ weeks intentionally so people know I can do a good job so it lasted long :)
Smart move 🤗
it could also mean that you are busy so you have a lot of clients and work!

I tried doing my own nails and it never happens they look bad. They also get on my way when I do pedicures!
Maybe you can try something simple then? :)
Just do shorter extensions, you will get used to it when it grow longer
