Sure, in a jar add 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar, 1 cup of water, a few black pepper seeds, salt and thinly sliced carrots. I added onions, bitter melons, horseradish, yellow and red hot peppers. If you are making a large batch you might have to add more liquid to the mixture 👍
