I would probably try and just run everything in sheds imo. like you said, if you are just breaking even, no point spending all the time setting up a new place to rent. so i think just sticking with the two sheds would be a safer move.
Have you ever thought to start hosting machines just so you make some extra money to keep the bigger warehouse? Of course, if you have enough electricity for it.

Assuming your being transformed at the pole and pulling to the sheds, what's sitting on the pole? 3 phase?
The service is all underground there but it’s only got. 2 phases running at 19kv
