To me and others in the valley..Alan Wilson barrem blackett and you ross are the knight's of khumry. Adorned in the armour of truth. Wielding the sword of enlightenment and riding on the steeds of thet ancestors..long may you be well..and happy..and blessed
Absolutely. I want to get you two on a video showing all your workings. The things you showed me that you have found are fantastic and we need to get you together with Rob and Hugh who have been coming from a different direction. All put together it will be amazing. You have done so much work it needs to be seen! Keep going
Wearing shorts!!🤣 your a trooper Ross thanks for your efforts! Very interested to discover more on the mercury link to Merthyr in alchemy Mercury is related to the spirit/mind !
Cheers Rebel - we will do a video on Merthyr. The Mercury connection is really interesting and there are some clever people that have been putting it together. No probs with the shorts - valley boy see :)
cracking video, the areas coverd with buriels, it was also a little village there once called twyn y waun and the area i can work out is rougly where an old market called waun fair which is rumoured goes back to the roman days, hoping to catch up with craig soon and loook and show him some stuff as merthyr's full of some interesting stuff.
Yes please. Be sure to do some filming as well and send it through. I would also be up for a visit and some camerawork when you are ready so be sure to email me
Craig had loads more to tell me and we will be making another visit to some nearby places - with Rob who has found some other pretty crazy stuff. I would like to hear more about the Woodsman too so drop me a line or leave another comment please. Sharing knowledge and findings is what it is all about !
Yes we had a brief chat about it on the trip up in merthyr but due to the weather it was left for another day... the grave of the woodsman is significant as it is part of the star mound map
Have a look on Google Earth with the 1945 image. The features are much clearer. OS maps show 4 cairns atop the main mound, but they are not on the CADW map at all and are not protected.
True. The plus side is that there are lots of people in hot countries that would love a break from the heat and would love our weather. I know people in Taiwan where it is currently over 40 degrees and almost 100% humidity who look with great envy at our mist and rain.. I agree with you that a bit less of it and some more soon would be ok though :)
@@BritainsHiddenHistoryRoss well done too taiwan( chinese taipei, republic of china) for assisting hong kong people, but that is talking politics,,, the politics of ancient wales and britian is more fascinating... especially arthur I, actually i dont know too much about him...

There seems to have been quite a bit of skulduggery going on with these mounds. Hmmm.
How do I get a 1945 image on Google earth?
I've seen the old map showing cairns atop the mound but they aren't there now
Have to do something on twyn castell Ross!
Which one is that Craig?
The one we showed you in gelligaer when we first met you Ross!😁
Legand
