Very inspirational Lauryn. Best training video for older shooters. Maintaining health and fitness as we age helps us enjoy this great sport for longer. Being competitive in your 70s, 80s & 90s is a great goal. If you love the sport, stay fit and healthy. Thanks Lauryn
Finally a simple, clear and doable exercise program for everyone and not only clay shooters. I'm 69 and just started shooting again after and absence of 20 years. I've always did similar exercises to these and always wondered why shooters never placed any value on exercising. Exercises like these are so valuable for everyone and a sure benefit for we Clay Target shooters. I am most thankful to you for presenting us with such a useful exercise program.
Really enjoyed that. Very insightful and much appreciated. Are there any exercises you'd recommend for improving/maintaining eyesight? Thanks for posting.
Being fit is always best however many of the world’s best shooters are morbidly obese (as no doubt you know). I will say, as an athlete and runner plus 40 years as basically a laborer working 12 hr days now that I’m retired, gaining weight as losing mobility fast due to not being near as active, my 3P shooting scores have actually improved. Lost a little prone, but my standing scores have shot up. Is it solely from gaining weight and becoming stiff? Can’t say. Anyway, as always, enjoyed the video and commented just to comment as supposedly it helps support your channel. 😁👍🏼👍🏼
So glad somebody is finally talking about this and telling us how to do it! Thanks Lauryn!

Good physical fitness helps also to deal with the mental pressure. 👍
