whats the point of wearing gloves if you're going to touch the chicken first, then touch everything else (such as the salt container) around you...? I'm sure you can't wash paper. Also, adding cold charcoal straight to the grill...? just fire it up in another container and only add hot coals to the grill that already has meat cooking on it... unless you like a side of charcoal dust with your food...
