@@Hoggiehog i assume what you mean is a pregapped bfly where the starting block is shifted in the x direction an entire block (to the left if going around right, to the right if going around left), which is not even close to being possible under normal circumstances. while bfly or nix neos aren't exactly the most precise thing in the world, you can't just expect it to be possible after buffing by that many pixels.

the description helps to explain a bit, but to add you have to move your mouse within 1/20th of a second to almost perfectly 45 degrees and then back to 0. doing 4 45 strafes almost perfectly isn’t even the hardest part, the hardest part is landing directly at the edge of the ladder and then doing the last 45

the point of the jump is the limited amount of room to gain momentum, the runway is important as any less momentum it wouldn't be possible, while with more room it would become easier the item is used to teleport me back to the start

You would have to build this jump differently in 1.16+ due to ladder hitboxes being bigger. I dont do parkour in newer versions because there is no parkour mod and i get significantly less fps on newer versions (bad pc issue)
also minecraft making you jump higher in 1.9+ due to inertia threshold being reduced from .005 to .003, doesnt actually affect your horizontal distance at all (for this jump), it gives only a slight difference to vertical speed anyways
pessi is where you jump then press w midair. in the video the w press happens right before landing, 10 ticks (0.5 seconds) after jumping, hence why it says pessi -10 ticks

You're just doing the same thing over and over again until it works, without purposefully changing anything or adapting. You could get a player and there's a chance they could do it on their first attempt, however unlikely that might be. To repeat again, I do not mean to slander this person or speak badly of them, this is an insanely impressive jump, I'm merely talking about most people here calling it the "hardest" jump, which is a word that doesn't really fit.
The majority of people in this comment section are part of the parkour community. It is hard to do, as a regular person cannot even come close to beating this jump due to how precise you have to be with chain 45 strafes. If you ask someone to even do a single 45 strafe, even though it's highly unlikely for them to complete it, and it's not even close to this. This is one of the greatest parkour achievements completed currently as parkour will get more advanced to complete due to how precise they are.

You have to jump then rotate your camera EXACTLY 45 degrees then turn back to 0 degrees in 1/20th of a second to jump it.
