21:12 clear blue sky, green mountain, deep blue sea, white sand beach, swaying palms in the sea breeze,... what a beautiful shot to end the video. Very nice footage, 2 thumbs up 👍👍
Thank you again, a wonderful day on the beaches of Da Nang. There must be many tourists from Korea. One of the first signs you showed said (in Korean) "Sunny Surf Lessons and Rentals" Happy Birthday! Next one in the US.
1:20 Vietnam famous water puddles. Presumable, the sidewalk/bike path builder should have graded it so that the water could drain into both sides, and perhaps French drains (or similar drainage ditches) should have been built underneath to prevent puddles like this one. It appears the soil at that spot sunk (as evidenced by the depressed curb on the left and the cracked paving), perhaps because the soil was not evenly compacted prior to the construction. Many years ago, I rode my bike in Hanoi, drove through a puddle that I didn't realized how deep it was (it was muddy), fell off, and my ankle was badly sprained. Learned my lesson.
12:55 what is that beautiful historic yellow house with intact dragon adornments on the roof? It is likely to date back to the 19th century. It will be nice to set up a railing or barrier around it to protect it and turn it into a tourism attraction showing the architecture of a 19th-century Central Vietnam house. Who knows, it might have even belonged to some significant historical figures. With all the typhoons that hit Da Nang over centuries, that intact house with rooftop adornments is certainly a testament about the old Vietnam builders.
6:58 Vietnam tourism will rise even higher with improved sanitary facilities. My colleagues who went to Vietnam like the country, but couldn't help to complain about the inability of flushing disposable stuff.
I am from Yemen and I am very, very happy to get to know you. Finally, I finally found the channel that shows me the very beautiful views of China. Your brother, Muhammad, from Yemen, salutes you.
There is an announcement about an important event. It is very necessary, then you must be present and record the important event. It will be very exciting. Please, please, please

I HAD A CHANCE TO VISIT THERE LAST SPRING...BEAUTIFUL CITY...FOREVER GOOD TIMES
14:10 left: a remarkable green hotel. That green structure may require a lot of maintenance, but kudos to the green architect.
20:42 "We help you to cross" what a life saver! Travel insurance premium for foreign tourists visiting Vietnam should drop dramatically for this.
Nice walk video! Thanks for sharing

Yes it has been a long while that Da Nang is like a small Korea Republic!
