The day in the life of a small business owner!
I follow you on TikTok, I'm glad I found you again. I look forward to seeing your videos. Your stuff is beautiful and I want all the things, lol.
I appreciate the songs playing a bit longer so we can vibe
maybe you can use the sturdy tote bags specifically for laptops etc, to market them as such? Almost like a laptop cover but more cute and handy
Ooo that's super smart I love that idea!
I’ve seen some of the crochet ladies using these neck phone holders because it keeps the hands free and out in front. I never thought of it for reading as well
I still need to try it out, I'm not usually a e-book person but I'm trying it out soon!
Thank you so much for this!
If you can share how you set up your booths I would so greatly appreciate it! ❤
Yass! Planning on doing a lot of Market content :)
You can return the priority mail boxes to your local post office. I did it when I stopped making doormats and no longer used the freebie boxes I had.
Funny enough I ended up using one for an order the other day! I'll probably keep them a little longer but good to know I an return them! Thank you! :)
@@PalmCreativeYou're welcome!
I actually like the sprinkle sublimation mug - I think it would sell
Thank you! I might do a limited run because I did like them I was just worried they were giving off 90's lil cups haha
@@PalmCreative Almost everything is coming back in style right now. There are tons of designs with a 70's and 80's retro theme out. If it gives a 90's vibe then it might attract ppl who grew up in the 90's. And it isn't off brand for you - it has similar feel and colors as a lot of your other items. If you are worried it won't do well - don't make any cups ahead of time. You have the template and mock-up to put the photo on the website. Just do a 'print on demand' situation from your home. Only print the sublimation and do the press once you have an order. That way you aren't losing any money if they don't sell. If it gets popular, then you can make a few ahead of time.
New subbie ... the thumb nail looked cute so I came to see!
Thanks for subscribing! I'm glad it caught your eye! 🥰
Loved the transparency! It's nice to see that not everyone has big massive launches and it's totally normal starting out. Just followed you on Insta :)
I try to keep things pretty real on here and I'm glad it's showing! I think its important to show the full journey and not just the flashy moments. Thanks so much for the follow and the comment! ☺
You can still sell the mugs you made mistakes on or had stains on, just sell them at cost price and specify they have defects and what they are. Good luck ✌🏾+ 💜
Hi from Bothell!! ❤
I would like to see how u fixed the error? Did u use a new mug?
Unfortunately you can't fix sublimation mugs after they've been sublimated. The ink is permanent 🥲I looked up why I had ghosting and it basically was because it didn't have enough heat and pressure so I added more heat tape to keep the design tight and made sure the design was not as close to the handle. But yeah its a bummer when you have a sad mug left over lol
@@PalmCreative thank you for the response! ^_^
@@beckythao6782 Depending on other crafting abilities - you could sand the cup really well to get the sublimation and ghosting coating off. Paint it a primer - add glitter to it and coat it with epoxy or epoxy-free top coat (like Hyperion). Same method as you would do glitter tumblers. Note that means the mug is no longer microwave safe but it can still be used
Hi! I’m from Puyallup😊. I paint mandalas for my small business. I’m so happy to find you😍
I’m nervous
Whoops. I got a booth for the Tacoma Holiday Festival at the dome in October. It will be my first large market. I’m nervous/excited!
Hello, which Epson printer do you use for sublimation?
I'm using the Epson 2850! I'm posting a video on how I converted it later this week!
@@PalmCreative My wife and I watch your videos and you inspire us so much. Please continue your videos, you and your small business are full of love ♥ Greetings from Turkey ♥
I'm having trouble finding blanks for tote bags that don't have black marks on them. UGH
It's legit the worsttt and i've had my fair share of bad blanks. Totebag Factory has been a pretty good one to work with and of course JiffyShirts can have things but idk why so many warehouses don't keep their stuff safe its so frustrating.
What markets do you do
A large variety of different ones! I kind of sprinkle in smaller markets that might be at breweries and also sign up for the large craft markets. You never know which market will be the best until you try them.
