Very informative even for me who has a totally different job but I am always interested in Chanel. Unfortunately in my country (Greece) we don't get points for our purchases at Chanel. We do with other brands like Clinique, Estee Lauder but not Chanel or Dior. But we do have Spa appointments which I so much enjoy. Another bad thing here is that due to the economical crises working hours have been cut so all counters don't have representatives meaning that many times I have to check the products myself and ask around for someone to give it to me if I want to buy it. And there is shortage of products for example I can never find brushes. Don't let me steal your time though. Once again thank you for another great video and BTW I love your new hair color. It really enhances your natural beauty.
You all prolly dont give a shit but does someone know of a tool to log back into an Instagram account?? I was dumb forgot my account password. I would love any tricks you can give me.

This was very interesting. I'm sure it's fun working at a Chanel counter, but it must be somewhat daunting having to deal with the daily pressure to meet sales goals. It would definitely take some of the joy out of it. You're obviously good at what you do, which is why you've been so successful. I want to buy my first Chanel Joues Contraste blush. We don't have a Chanel counter in my area, so I have to order on line. I want a pink blush that will give me a "natural" flush of colour, but without sparkle/shimmer. I don't mind a subtle sheen. I've looked at all the shades, and the one I'm leaning towards is Rose Initiale. Is this a good choice for someone with a fair, warm skin tone, blue eyes? Another option is Quintessence. Is there one you would suggest? Thanks so much!

5 minutes in ? So if you have a one time client who wants to buy 1 very expensive $50,000 diamond ring from you. Blows your 80 percent to he'll? Does that endanger your job?
It definitely screws up your 80% because your focus should be the brand for which you're working. Of course, we have to service our customers so they usually understand if for one pay period you don't making your line assigned 80%. Your goal then would be to make sure that instead of making your percentage, to make the dollar amount of your goal.
