Bro wdym lvl 9 faceit. lvl 3s have better reflexes than this
Opponents have 0 reflexes so probably NA lvl 9 never EU like wtf was that
there is no way this is lvl 9 faceit they take way too long to kill you like you were allowed to take your time with each shot

they lowered required elo to be lvl 9, i think its something like 1700, but still, even before that (in csgo) lvl9s were not good, even low elos on lvl10 suck
