Here's an idea ‼️
If the person guesses the other's formation, they keep that knowledge to themselves.
Normal squad building resumes. 👍🏽
At the end of the squad building, the person reveals the SURPRISE that they guessed the formation! Now the other person has to select a formation at random and fit the same 11 players they chose into that new formation. Bound to cause players to be out of position and off chem. There is the potential that the person selects a random formation that ends up being fine for his existing players which is a nice saving grace/counter. 🤷🏾♂️
off chem isn't really a thing, they play max chem so the bronzes don't have to match specific things. And either you'd have to write down instantly which formation it becomes if guessed, or you have the thing with people looking for in which formation most are out of position after they already know the team which won't be much fun..
@meldarion the formation selection at the end would be random, like they scroll thru like they do on 7 minute squads so your cb might have to play right back out of position and be off chem

Andy Inter is playing 5 at the back only in theory, they attack with all their players with the full backs which are more in the opposite area than the strikers 🤣 And also Bastoni and Pavard are always going forward, exactly the opposite of 5 back rats, we often defend only with 2 people 😜
Imo, like all other positions, guessing a formation should punish your opponent, not boost you. So an extra chem breaker wouldn't make sense to me, but 2 guesses at a position would

If you guess the formation you should get to pick from a list of benefits.
-extra trump card
-extra Chem breaker
-change formation
-extra position change
-can use manager for Chem boost to either nation or league (but not both)

You need to remind people you get your correct guessed (you guessing opponents players) on your bench cause guessing big players for super subs could save or add extra discards!
Idea for guessing formation. If you guess the formation of your opponent you get an extra guess in one of the rounds.
Oh, maybe u can do a supersub for a formation guess but the person has to get 3 chemistry with the team and can be guessed
Thats a good rule tbf, if you guess an opponents player you can put them on the bench and use them but they also count in the discards so its risk/reward

inter are not 5 at the back rats, they are 3 back tho. One of the most forward playing teams, scoring the most goals of the league conceding the least. They are very fun to watch!
Instead of a formation guess you could try and predict how many of your opponents players you will guess. If you predict correctly you can get another position change etc.

He had addressed that multiple times, and he said if you wrote down another position change it's just stupidity and accept it, but if the player cannot even play in that position (such as kroos who cannot play as cam, in a formation like 4312, cam will be in the same section with 2 sts, not with the other midfielders) that is classified as wrong pick, or write down 2 rbs for fallbacks, and both cannot play lb. If you think he said otherwise, go find the video (In Earlier ones, it was still a debate, but there was a video where he said the rule is set and done, believe it was a video with itsJames as well, just cannot remember on which channel)
