Would adding 12 or 18 inch resonator pipes make it deeper
Are you referring to at the midpipe? If you have oem resonators and change to an aftermarket resonator it might make it a tad louder and maybe deeper but I can’t say for sure
@@BalancePointMedia yes was thinking about replacing oem resonators with 18 inch vibrants
Great content. I like the wing? What kind is it?
Thank you for your support!
We did a video review of the spoiler here: ua-cam.com/video/m2HK9pQBcqo/v-deo.html
What suspension set up is this? I want to run something on my g that has a similar stance
Currently sitting on just swift springs 👍
Here’s a video review of em if you’re interested: ua-cam.com/video/i8a6Cf4gago/v-deo.html
So I actually have the Tanabe/Revel axelback. Love it, but wish it was just a touch louder. What would you recommend I install to SLIGHTLY amp up the noise?
I’ve heard that people have gotten good results from adding a pair of his flow cats or resonated test pipes. I’m partial to doing hi flow cats and have a set of kinetix we’ll be installing soon so I’ll update to see if it made a difference 👍
Will a y-pipe make it sound nice and not too loud?
@@Sheeshlocksneed a full CB exhaust to notice results and sound
wow thats the perfect sound im looking for, definitely gonna try this exhaust.
You'll love it
Just had mine installed today at the shop. He had to weld an extra piece of pipe for the Beluga to slip over.
We got it but it took quite a bit of time with the vice grips to open up the axleback to slip on
I could see how adding a piece of pipe could make it work better for sure
@BalancePointMedia Yeah he just welded on a small piece on each side for it to slip on. Then he used the clamps.
It sounds nice! Not much louder than stock. Just a little deeper tone.
@@jeffpatchell6413 right! My gf just valeted the car yesterday and she said the valet couldn’t stop talking about how much he loved the sound lol
I personally think it’s about as good as it gets if you don’t want something loud. Glad the install worked out for ya in the long run 👍👍👍
@BalancePointMedia Oh yeah I love the sound! I didn't want anything that sounded like a ricer. Just like it because it's just a little deeper.
Hi are you guys going to do any more Ducati 899 videos if you still have it they were the best 👍👍
We do still have it! I have a couple videos we need to get recorded so hopefully soon!
@@BalancePointMedia 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😁
How did you get the stock exhaust to actually slip off the rusted pipe?
What’s the wheel/tire and brand setup?
I love the wheels bro what are they
Hey brother they are vordoven forme 9 wheels, the original design is a work emotion cr kai and a lot of companies make a similar style
How’s the drone at highway speeds? I’m considering buying this for my new g37x sedan. My old one had a ton of drone due to the custom exhaust being so loud
The in cabin sound difference is very minor, the only time I really hear it is when I’m at a very low rpm and give it a lot of throttle to get moving quick; then it’s like a bass heavy hum under 2k rpm that goes away over 2k
Overall super mild which I’d say makes it really ideal for a daily 👍
@@BalancePointMedia how’d you get it to not leak? I just put mine on last night and it was extremely difficult to get it over the exhaust pipe. And it leaks after clamping it
It took a lot of work to open up the piping properly to be honest. I don't imagine the tanabe would have had this level of difficulty at the slip on portion but I think the aesthetics of this exhaust are superior and I love the sound so overall I'm happy.
Were you able to solve it yet? If not just try prying open the slip on portion more. Took us a while
@@BalancePointMedia I tried prying it open as much as I could and hammering it on. Still was leaking :/
Ended up covering it in exhaust sealer and it’s fine now
I see your cats are rattling too... I bought some hfc 9 months ago that
I have yet to put in lol
lol yep we have kinetix hfc that I bought like 2 months ago but I really dont want to deal with the install so we've been putting it off too
@@BalancePointMedia it is truly a pain on the x model lol. I tried once and I got the demon bolts off, but I could not access the lower bolts with the crossbar in the way
Where’s the diffuser from ?
Bruh at 13:06 he said these nuts im soo fn 💀😂😂😂😂😂😭😭😭😭😭
💀
Hey would this fit a g25x sedan 2011
So, with my research of other axleback exhausts on the market, it seems like other options are compatible with both G37 and G25. I would say based on this that the beluga would probably fit a G25 as well! Can't guarantee it but I'd be surprised if it didn't fit
@@BalancePointMedia thank you I appreciate it!
@@DavidQ50 Happy to help!
Get high flow cats and it will have the perfect sound
Agreed! We have kinetix hfc ready to install and will do a video once they’re on
How do you think this would sound paired with berk hfcs?
We actually have kinetix hfc ready to install so once I get a stock cat sound video we will install the kinetix and get a clip. I’m sure it’ll be very similar to Berk
@@BalancePointMedia That would be great, thats the setup im probably going with
@@snycerdoodle awesome! It’ll be a few weeks but as soon as they’re on we’ll get the sound clip and post it up 👍
You runnin coilovers or springs?
We’re on a set of swift springs for the g37x sedan. 👍
Will this fit a q40 since there pretty much the same car
You’re right it will! I’ll update the title and info
@@BalancePointMedia thanks great video I’ll definitely keep this product in mind
Does this actually fit a 15 Q40?
It would!
Wow was looking for a review and u just added it lol
Glad we could help lol. 🤙
Yesss that’s the exact type of tone I want with mine! Deep but not too obnoxious and high pitched. PERFECT thank you guys 🫡
Also love all the insight and information y’all provide. Much appreciated
Happy you agree! I really do love the sound. Curious to see how it will change when I eventually throw on high flow cats, I'm guessing just a tad bit more tone
does it fit m37 2011
Probably would but would most likely need a little modification, I'm sure an exhaust shop could sort it out
Way to quiet
Yeah not every exhaust is going to be for everybody- sounds like you might like an ISR single or Tomei
Get a crome delete
What spoiler is that
It was a 2x2 carbon one we found on ebay a while back! Here is our review on it

@@BalancePointMedia thank you so much, I think ima pull the trigger on that one
@@snickerdoodle1057 we love it! Had it for like 4 years now zero issues
