im not the biggest fan of the sequels (im more of a prequels fan) but this cosplay is so cool for rey. since i've been looking for a darker cosplay, this works out perfectly! thank you! may the force be with you :)

You're a life saver. I'm on a super budget for Halloween this year. My boyfriend's family is going as Halloween characters and this is perfect and one of the best rey costumes I've seen. Thank you so much ❤️
Quick Tip: You could wear some detached black sleeves under the boxing wraps if you don't want any skin showing when the boxing wraps come undone slightly.

Could you also use like dark grey fabric for the sashes? I couldn’t find any black fabric at my thrift store so I found dark grey and I think that it’ll work

Love dark side rey
Instead of spending the money on wrap for the bandages I actually took an old pair of stockings that had some holes in them and cut the waist band and toe parts off to make some sleeves. It looks pretty much the same.

So the only things i would add are some contacts a lot like anakins in revenge of the sith. Cause most dark side users have the bright orange contacts. also if u have extra money get an ultra saber. They are SO FUCKING COOL. otherwise this was a cool cosplay than the usual that we star wars fans usually see. keep up the good work.

Question- for the two panels of fabric, where are you attaching them at the top? Are you tucking them into your sleeves or draping them over your shoulder/back?

How wide did you make the sash-shoulder pieces? Would 30 cm suffice and 2,5 meters in length?
