This is phenomenal ,despite doing everything for ethics and practicing for past 5 years in two mains ,I got 104,110 marks . I wanted to add value to my revision and get a higher score . This I think is going to add enough stuff to my notes besides current examples . Sir and insights , can't thank you enough . My post dinner dose of ethics and optional analytica . Sir ,what else do you suggest looking at too high scores in ethics in past years .
Importance of ethics in public & private life: 1. Confident decision making - ex: life decisions of famous American philanthropist Oprah Winfrey in her private life, withdrawal of non cooperation movement after chairing chaura incident by Mahatma Gandhi. 2. Satisfaction - ex: life of Nelson Mandela , lord Krishna’s friendship with Sudama. 3. Healthy relations - ex: ethical values like truth, dedication, honesty, etc can built respectful reputation between employees, employee- employer, family members,etc. 4. Creates conducive internal as well as external environment for all round development of individuals , societies , nations.
Iam public servant at grassroot level. i have been preparing for upsc before joining the job. This class is not only helping my preparation but also how i should conduct myself in public life.
Importance of ethics- Improving the society. Like a single fish can pollute the whole pond , similarly a single person can corrupt the society by his unethical means or better the society with his ethical ways. Like Gandhiji inspired masses and generations to the values of truth and non- violence.

And one more thing which I want to convey insights ias team that the initiative of Insta Quote is very good but those quotes were seems lengthy and offcourse we will not be able to learn those so please try to minimise their lengths.
