Zo, I feel you on that real estate issue. Managing property is work even if you are working with a property management company. I had a place for 3 years and I was constantly annoyed with things to fixed. It was definitely a relief when I sold the place. It is best to make money from a far without all the stresses.

Wholesale real estate virtually. I did two deals each five figures first one I've never met the seller, inverter, or even saw the property in person. Wholesaling real estate will be one of my ventures. Closing deals over the phone....made me feel like a bad mfkr!!
If you want to get away from real estate maintenance , try investing in real estate notes and mortgages , there is good money in discounted real estate notes , no tenants, no toilets
