One Second for Bike Safety - See Me AZ

In 2023 we interviewed Jim Constantine to learn about his experience riding a bike and being struck by a driver. He notes that the crash only took seconds or even less when the driver tried to pass him in a construction zone but felt like a lifetime. And he would go on to feel the pain for a long time following the event.
In 2022, 859 people were killed or injured while riding their bikes in the MAG region. We all share responsibility - be considerate and cautious when passing cyclists and we can get to where we’re going safely.
