Hi Daz, thanks for yet another useful video. I am sure many of your viewers agree that these are well made videos. I do have a suggestion for condos such as this. When the condo is not centrally located, can you please add a few minutes of video covering what is close to it?? For example, within walking distance, what are the food options and what shops are nearby. Many thanks and have a wonderful day.

Very nice video. I stayed at Venetian for a few days, Airbnb, about one year ago. While, as can be seen, this is a beautiful property, also as you can see maintenance is lacking. The bridge under repair has not been finished in over a year. Other bits and pieces, ground covering, paint, lounge chairs etc. Needs attention. It is a bit out in the country in Na Jomtien at the far end south of the Baht Bus system. To get to restaurants you need to make your way about 1km to Beach Road. Only a 7-11 and Family Mart are close. Soi dogs and cows are around but did not cause issues. This place seemed empty, with only a few guests around. Some public areas are empty and underused. Basically a diamond in the rough that needs some polishing.
What a huge complex! The rooms are a bit smallish and the tile in the bathrooms looks a little funky! That said; it’s a decent price.
I love the look of the Venetian Condos. Less than a tenner a night too, Daz, I love the rapport you have with the two girls!
I think the vlogs you do are great, with the current ridiculous rents being asked in some places this does appear "a cheaper rent" but it is the real "retirement" scenario it is the back end of even Jomtien and on FB similar condos can be had for about 3.5k thb less that are nearer where the "Jomtien action" is 555! Please do not take this as a criticism of your excellent contributions😀😄
A bit small but not too bad. Looks well maintained.
Thailand-property has one for 5k and annother one for 6k available for rent right now. Same condo complex but both only 25 m².

All of these 11000 baht condos, you can get for about 7000 baht. Only people who don't know pay agents 11000baht. Do a bit of leg work. There will be condos on the same building for a lot less than 11000 baht. The agents want so much commission.

It must be a enormous and challenging responsibility to be King in Thailand but I would love to be King in such a lovely country.

Slightly smallish spaces are the easiest to clean/keep clean.

I noticed my trip to Pattaya in June is scheduled during the pride festival. Is it really a huge event? Would it intervene with the usual bar business and nightlife? I'm not that into the pride stuff myself
I mean I already have the non-refundable plane tickets 😂 is everything going to be ok? I don't know who to ask. I respect the pride people, but is the whole city just closed or dedicated to that during June 23-25?
Most Thais have never even heard of Pride and care even less !

£257 per month it’s a know brainer if you have about 50 000 or 60 000 thai baht per month it’s ideal you have everything you want in Jomtiem it’s not as nice as hua hin but it’s a good retirement place
Nice leasing agents but $250 would be more acceptable for the small size.
How do these compare to Espana condos? Espana seemed a little bigger, cheaper, and beautiful grounds.

Looks like a very nice complex. On a side note. It would be great if you could do the wall check between units. To see how thick or hollow the walls are.
Awesome actually. Small and neat rooms. And budget friendly...can enjoy outdoor a lot with saved money.

How quiet are the condos in Thailand? Can you hear the neighbors talking or watching tv thru the walls?
I've never had these issues in Thailand regardless of building height and grade. Back home neighbors are a great bother to me, but Thailand's been great.
Older condos usually have thicker walls

Regarding the Bed Its not two Singles put together, ive slept in many Beds that Size throughout Thailand, all just One Large Mattress. 👍
I liked the 2nd unit better but the 1st had the better view. If I were to choose if I were going to do a long lease I would take the 1st one. The second one had a big open lot next door and you might get stuck with a construction project. The pool looked nice I would probably want a coffee or gelato. The one drawback is I didn’t see a washer or laundry on site.

Look at the couch and chairs. Pushed together so you can get to the balcony. Can't open the wardrobe because the bed is in the way. Same with kitchen drawers. Not livable.

With first one what about AC and WIFI? Pretty basic I never saw any AC. Ac in second one. What about laundry facilities? No room to cook they have far too big furniture for the space. Two small dining chairs and remove the chairs they have. Prices are reasonable.

Two single beds put together is perfect- just buy a new mattress topper to cover both. Also more hygienic.

Daz, retirement. The Western countries made deals with countries like Spain, etc so older people could retire overthere. Dutch doctors settled in, "bingo", oxygen suppliers, etc. Even retirementcomplexes, so everything was organised around the retiree if needed, bit lower standard then in their own country but acceptable. Do they have a thing like that in Thailand?
