i got banned a while ago on my main, so i had to use my alt, and i will say, it slows you down heavily. my main had most gamepasses, and i generally pull 250-500k/day casually playing, but my alt only raked in about 160k, so it does matter a lot. but id say you only need pro garage, max duffel bag, and crime boss, and if you are grinding a lot and have 1k robux to spare, get VIP on top of that.

Bentley, thanks to a few airdrop glitches, I can get more than 100k per 30 minutes without gamepasses, so despite those gamepasses being useful, it's really easy to grind without them at this point in time.
As a free to play player,I don't really need any game passes, but like yeah I can't spawn most cars, but I can spawn the old nascar and the jeep, which is a little fast, I could also probably get a lot more than your alt.
I feel like swat is a very good pass even for criminals, if you pick a keycard you can jump right into the station and grab a dun or two, and then instead of using the Camaro to escape you can take the swat van in the parking lot
