Aibartee. I highly recommend crafting all the rough hide even if its trivial for xp closer to lvl 23 leatherworking. 10 crafts = 1 animal hide craft. Over a week this could save you a ton of xp.

A good video however to get to steel this early with your craft skills as high as they are can only be done in a clan. As a solo with 40 hours of play I'm just hitting wrought iron, second stage cloth and leather and level 12 weapon smitting and I have been grinding hard.
Most of us have 100+ hours played already so that helps as well kim has done an insane job getting her LW up im almost to 30 Armor smith so im making the plate for us atm
i wonder how your teammate can heal with wearing the chainmail hat. I got the healing with a tailored hat out of cotton. cant wear both Oo - thank for the vid.
Devilishdragon. Do you have a healing item yet? if you do, I think a 3 man Growler, Direwolf, Grand old boar farming for animal hide and rough animal hide. Make sure you use all rough animal hide for xp and save animal hides until you can make what you want to wear!
Have you tried the growler caves? We found one on our map, and it’s way out there in the wildlands so even a run from our FOB, but the drop rate is outstanding. We’ve not been able to fully confirm it, but there does appear to be a very strong correlation that our higher level crafters (25+) seem to get a lot more per pickup than others do, so we’re curious if anyone else can confirm that observation?

I liked Pax Dei but it lacks content because right now we are only repeating what is exist in the game. For pvp, it is almost no exist. We build a village but what is the purpose in long run and for end game? Half of the clan is at other regions or near border and rest is at the village and that half that is away from village make more progress than others because thy can access to resources faster... It is same for many really. There are dungeons but you race with other players too,what I mean is that people with a group that can play longer this game always 10 steps forward from everyone. I even don't mention about zerg guilds that use the members like slaves as it is similar in every mmorpg, you cannot fight against them or survive... We tried to go pvp zone for pure iron etc and zerg guild of 100 people wiped us... There is zero balance in this game...
We have dwindled down. We're about 6-10 still active in our clan I would guess. We do have some friends from other clans nearby that we will be trying to get some dungeon runs in with soon, to help with numbers and making our runs smoother. We've attemped some dungeons as a 6-8 man but it feels too tough and one thing going wrong risks so much, lol. Adjusting our strategies and having fun trying new things, though!

I can't believe there's already a ressouce map. kinda takes away the magic of discovering the map. and before you say, just don't use it, the argument against that is that other people who use the map will always be at an advantage over you.
I don't think it's possible to make a game that wont have these types of resources anymore, with everything available on the internet now. People want to know these things, and eventually someone is going to pass along the information they know. It's kind of like cheat codes we wrote down as kids to get things in the games we played. People will always want to be efficient with their time in games, so they can progress the quickest and have more fun. For some, that IS the fun itself.
@@1nvaderk1m i agree that people value their time, but we just hit early access not even two weeks ago and people are trying to power level through a game, that barely has any content. it's hard for me to wrap my brain around. as a solo player i'm enjoying the grind and taking the game in before its eventual wipe.

I barely got tier 2 gear for my 5 person clan
i'm in a clan of 3 and hide drops have been THE thing keeping us from progressing into steel tier. the never ending grind is never ending it seems

Hey how did you change the colour of teammates vs enemies?! I've been fighting in a sea of res health bars not knowing when to stop spamming attack!
Our hp bars are the same color. I agree it is annoying when trying to target heals lol.
Yo tip for inventory management, x to drop items instead of drag and drop. Then if you want to move things boxinventory just right click

We have some chainmail hats that have the single-target heal on it. "Chains of Reassurance"

we haven't noticed anything linking skill level to drop rate. it seems completely random to us.

Extremely jealous you have an active clan. My clan logged in the first few days and haven't logged in since, (8 days).

We found that making a forward operating base around t3 hides and t3 mining area made it alot easier to progress even with a small group
