Sabo’s skill 2 has long range now, it used to be a short range attack. Also before you had to manually target to not miss with his auto attacks, now, his auto attacks track targets, so you can actually 2 hit people, before you had to use 3 hit basic combos, because one of the two initial attacks would always miss. (This is all for his mera-mera state basic attacks)

Newgate and Sabo before get buff is strongs but fragile And Bandai make a good choice I hope Shanks and Linlin Ex get adjust too, because the fact they are strong but fragile too. And i think the other legendary characters better than shank and linlin

What is the buff by Ace? I don't see any different from before and after buff
He gets 20% DEF boost after you do the full charge skill 2. Also he is now tanky with HP above 50%
That's not bad especially if you have medals that give extra skill 1 cooldown
