Morning Andy 🤗 Many thanks , hope you have a great weekend planned and your both ok, yu and little Jimbob 🐕🌭 I wont be doing much for a little whilse as Im on nebs, steroids and antibiotics at the moment in bed and the antibiotics are have been making me vomit last 2 days and really hurting my upper stomache so I htink its time i get back on the phone...steroids have done a treat to open up my airways though..they are a god send! Ill getthere ...I always do .... mental determination is a big factor 👌👌Thank you always and keep well yourself and have a great day 🤗x

Try holding a pillow against your tummy when you are being sick as it will support you abdominal muscles and help them from becoming strained ! Keep your fluids up too because you need to replace what you are vomiting ! Perhaps someone can get you some electrolyte drinks.. but I use honey and lemon with a mug of tea with no milk as my go to cure..and it seems to work ! I hope you are feeling better very soon !! X
