Gary Richraft flying turkey trot live REO Speed wagon guitar solo will be the best guitar solo you will hear don't miss out early 70s also golden country live I am 68 saw it live god bless Gary rip thanks
The late, great Gary Richrath on guitar!
Great song from my junior high days in 80-82
great song,,,, classic🤘🎸🤘
Gary Richrath was one of the best and a very underrated guitarist. His REO song Golden Country is awesome and the live version from the album You Get What You Play For has some killer solos. Gary used Gibson Les Paul guitars plugged into Marshall Amps. That’s it! No pedals or effects.
REO Speedwagon was one of my first concerts and still one of the most memorable. I bought a ticket in the parking lot while on a date with a girl. We got lucky with seats close to the stage. I remember the guitar battle between REO's Gary Richarth and Cheap Trick's Rick Nielsen at that show. They were a great live band.
Excellent reaction, young brother! I'm 60 years old, and I seriously enjoy your work. Intelligent, musical knowledge, great voice (I used to be a DJ at a classic rock station in my youth, and I'm a singer...I know a good voice, my friend) and just fun to watch. Keep up the great work, and I'll keep watching!
I was in the 7th grade and my big brother took me to see these guys! Was my first concert ever! Was amazing they have a library of great songs! Check out ridin the storm out! 1983-84 maybe I’m too old can’t remember exact year but they were on tour promoting the album.
This song was from the album Hi Infidelity. The number one album of 1981 with 4 top 20 hits. This one was #5. Keep On Lovin You was #1
This is a song, hear it and it's stuck in your head all day.
Remember being in Jr High when HiInfidelity released. My friend had just bought the cassette before a day trip so he brought it in the car. We listened to the whole album (auto reverse tape deck) multiple times on the 100 mile trip to and from Pontotoc, MS to Memphis, TN. Thankful for cool adults who indulged a car full of teenage boys.
nothing like driving down the road in a beat up old Chevy, listening to the rock station on a shitty radio, in the middle of an 80s summer day and then this song comes on...bliss
What a great bad saw them and Kansas together years ago.
Check out the band The Cult an song Love removal machine 🤘🏻
