I just discovered your music today, through an umbrella commercial. I was watching the umbrella commercial and wanted to know who the artist was that was singing the song. And I discovered it was you, and now have discovered all your amazing music!!! Very inspiring, and so uplifting! Thank you. I also write music, and want to write music that is just about helping people be happy. Listening to yours makes me realize this is totally something the world needs. :)

I'm not going to hate on Miley, because I understand that she's worked incredibly hard to get to where she is today. I just think it sucks that we live in a society where you have to sell your body and yourself, before you sell your product, your passion, and this case, your music. We're so wrapped up in that, that we forget about what's important. I'm glad that many Indie artists like Tim McMorris haven't lost sight of that, but I wish that there was a way for you guys to be as successful as Madonna or Beyonce or Lady Gaga without doing the things that they had to do to make it. At the same time, I understand that perhaps your dream isn't to be famous, but to simply play music. I believe that that's just as beautiful.
