I was was very angry today by lies my ex husband told about me.. I have forgiven him for so much already but today when I heard a new lie I became angry again.
I hate anger! I talked to b a Christian Science friend and she said "It's a choice". I know I had to see him as a spiritual being. I also knew I couldn't forgive him with the human mind.alone. I need6ed God's love to help me.. It didn't take too long and I finally felt God's peace.. I am grateful for this lecture and what I am learning through Christian Science. 😢❤
