This particular performance isn't Jenna's best vocally, but for the most part she's amazing live and she belts out. And she's gotten a lot better over the past year. Singers all have their off days.
It's entirely possible the sound got a bit distorted from where the filmer was standing or due to whatever model camera was used. She sounds better at live gigs that are filmed with TV cameras (and not fan cameras)!
I'm not a fan of how she just uses falsetto for most of the high notes instead of actually belting them out, but I guess that just means that once again, a band recorded vocals at a much higher octave than comfortable singing in, and can't do it live.
I don't know if it's just the quality of this record but I'm sort of disappointed of their live performance :( I love them so I hope they will do great at the Bazooka Rocks this coming August here at the Philippines. :)
she doesnt sound super great here but ive seen her three times at really small intimate gigs in Australia since they started and shes actually really good live

I agree, but I'm pretty sure it's because it's towards the end of Warped. I saw them in Detroit and her voice was a lot better.
I really don't know why but her stage presence reminds me of Spencer Chamberlain. .
