Sounds like "7 Days To Die", without destructible physics, and with fancier graphics.
Games that have timers to open containers (out of combat) are completely disrespectful of player's time. This deters exploration and makes the game feel ponderous and frustrating.
I'm definitely avoiding this piece of crap game.
