Sir...First of all Thank You so much for the detailed tutorial of this beautiful song.
Secondly, I want to ask you that when I am shifting from m to P on flute my transition is very abrupt ...How should I solve this, Also sir i am not able to play the tivra swars (high octave notes) on the flute easily...If you would make a video on these 2 it will be very helpful to me and others as well who are learning the flute.

You should try to improve basic notations first..
To improve this
1. Practice basic sargam SaReGaMaPaDhaNiSa'
Sa'NiDhaPaMaGaReSa
As much as you can.
2. Play SaSaReReGaGaMaMaPaPaDhaDhaNiNiSa'Sa'
And backwards
As much as you can
You can increase this repetition further to 3 or 4.
This will help for sure..
