Cayenne Pepper supplement. When I take it consistently it helps my cold feet tremendously! Might help your cold hands. It actually acts like aspirin as it thins the blood and helps with inflammation, but it stops bleeding issues instead of causing them. Everyone should be taking it! Great for circulation and heart as well. And might exercise before playing.
Hey Davey, personal trainer here. I used to have that issue as well it had to do with my thyroid. Cold extremities are typically linked to Metabolic rate and sometimes with stress hormones. Nothing to be too alarmed about it can be fixed. The fact that it's your first game only makes me think you are possibly NOT eating breakfast or at least not a great one before you start playing. I would recommend a high fat/high protein meal before you start playing. Good luck my dude, love your videos!
Trynd actually requires a good amount of skill when it comes to maximizing your ult. Knowing what each champ does if they can burst you down while not using your ult till the very last moment can be really tricky.
You should give bruiser Trynd a try with grasp and ingenious hunter, sundered sky, tri force, eclipse. So tanky and so much healing and still a ton of damage.
My advice is you are lacking exercise, u have been sitting too long, u should do 20 reps of jumping jacks 3 times each time you finished a game. Take 40sec break between each jumping jacks
