Thank you, Rabbi, for brilliantly shining inspiration! You obviously 'practice what you preach' as a shliach, and so you are a mentor to me whenever I get to hear your shiurs. To some extent, like Moshe Rabbeinu, you also reflect that greatness of a shliach that comes from hearing the voice of Hashem in Torah and being voice for HQBH in our world. May Hashem continue to reward your devotion as His servant both here and in the world to come!

I appreciate your teaching Rabbi. I’m trying to implement some of what you’ve taught in terms of being open. In some ways, it’s all I can do to make a comment and say I’m trying in the comments. I pray for you and your family everyday.

Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful teaching.
Just a few thoughts. Perhaps Moshe didn't feel he was worthy to do what Hashem called him to do. I wonder if it's because Moshe knew he murdered someone and lived in wilderness until 80 years old and felt that someone else like a Joseph who did well, no matter what Joseph went through, and excelled. Last time Moshe was in Egypt, things didn't go well. He may have felt he let Hashem down. (murder) He was in the perfect position for Hashem to use him to help deliver his brothers but ran away. Now Hashem is asking him to return to Egypt to face what happened or didn't happen as well as led the Israelites to freedom in the new Promised Land Hashem promised to Abraham. Even though Moshe killed an Egyptian, Hashem waited for the perfect time to help guide Moshe to lead the Israelites from Egypt. It's a comfort to me to know that with all my mistakes and sin I we have done, Hashem never gives up on us if we repent Teshuva. Henini Here I am Hashem send me. To turn and look, like Moshe, to see that hidden spark within each one of us to help someone in need one person at a time starting with myself. How many of us need to face our own past and people and face the wrongs we have done or wrongs done to us fair or unfair and forgive to heal a wound that is buried deep inside. Forgiveness is not saying the wrong that was done is ok. Forgiveness is realizing all of us have done wrong and need to be forgiven for something. Because I have received forgiveness by Hashem for so many wrongs I have done I have to sincerely forgive in my heart people who have wronged me. It's easier said than done. Each day I pray for Hashem to remove the root of bitterness until the place in my heart is healed. I want to mirror a child of Hashem and learn from lessons shown through the people and writings in the Tanakh. Henini Leviticus 19:17-18
Joseph forgave his brothers. Joseph witnessed his father Jacob go to Esau and ask forgiveness and Joseph chose to do the same and forgave his brothers. Genesis 33 What they meant for bad Hashem meant for good. Everything that happens to us is for our good. I no longer say why me. I now ask Hashem reveal to me the lesson you are trying to teach me. It may be the hurt done to me is to reveal the hidden sin in myself or others. Hurting people hurt from unknown or childhood wounds never healed. Hashem gave Moshe who turned and looked ie turned his heart back to Hashem and accepted an opportunity by Hashem to make a wrong right to heal a wound deep inside he may not have known he had until Hashem approached him. Teshuvah repent restore to return to Hashem and be eternally healed. We are all walking each other home. Psalms 51
