It's really nice to watch a slow paced video by an older guy. I am 82 and living in Berlin really miss the countryside. How is living in a small village when you need doctors? That's one of the reasons I stayed in Berlin, though it's still difficult to get an appointment if you don't have a privat insurance.
Thanks! We live 10 minutes from Alsfeld where there is a hospital, an emergency clinic and at least 5 general practitioners, a urologist, nose, throat and ear specialist, neurologist, cardiologist and dermatologist. Many are available without appointment, some with waiting times of days or a week. In addition, Marburg and Giessen are less than half an hour away with university medical schools, Bad Hersfeld is 20 min away with a stroke unit and cardiology department, so we are well taken care of. I have the dubious honor of having used all of their services in the last 50 years.
