I think Halima is very brave to go on camera and share the efforts she made to take her lessons from good to outstanding. As she says herself she is very self critical and it can't have been easy for her to put herself out there like that! I think she made a great effort to take everyone's comments on board and improve her work and she should be proud of herself.
Anne: So what if she has an East London accent/dialect rather than your own personal idea of "proper English"? It's an East London school and she speaks the same way as the children do, same as a Welsh teacher would in Wales or a Liverpudlian in Liverpool. In "proper English" you also aren't supposed to start written sentences with "mmmmmmmmmmmm" in lower case either! None of us are perfect and it would be nice if people could be as supportive to each other as Halima is to the children.

Very happy for the teacher as I know that teaching can be an incredibly difficult job. But there was a lot of focus on the teacher and no enough on the children. How much did they learn? What were the elements that make this outstanding? Did all the children make exceptional progress? It is hard to see from the video.

This is all very subjective. Judges judging based on their personal standards that they were taught. Allow another judge from a different age bracket and I'll wager they have much diffrent opinions. There is no approach that someone somewhere could not nit pic.
I find this whole scenerio rather disturbing.

Fing? Fank you? Free? A aspect? mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm I think she should be taught some proper English before she passes on her bad grammar to the children. A kid is a baby goat the word she should have used is child. The simple scientific words of height, length etc were not used correctly by her or the children.
