No If you are same lvl on NPC example ur lvl is 300 then NPC is 300 your not immune to their attack but if you are 301 you are immune to their basic attack but their skill can damage you

Dont raid if you pay common fruit/scroll.
You need to pay legendary scroll or fruits and you will get 650 go yu if you finish raid.
