Problem starts from the brand name 'theka'. Imagine going to a coffee shop named theka. Sharks know he has huge competitors who have already captured the market, they won't take the risk under this brand name.

This episode is important to people who are Health Conscious. Look at these Business people.
They don't care about Health or 'Organic'. They want Products to be lased with Chemicals so they can have a yearly shelf life.
This is why you should always help your local vendors out who are not big franchises and sell products that normally degrade fast. Organic 'Real' food is not meant to last for months or even weeks.
Franchises want to maximize profit over health. This isn't a problem, I guess, when it comes to non-food related products but it is a problem here. Keep that in mind when you buy food and the label says it expires after many months. It means that product has many many chemicals in it.
But local vendors are hell unhygienic.
What they care is money . If there is money in it or not that' s the sole purpose.

The Lenskart ad and the "pichhle mahine kitna kiya" remains constant in all Shark Tank episodes.
Edit: I just checked for updates and found that Theka raised more than 2.5 crores from a Dubai based VC firm after the Shark Tank episode. Also Reliance approached him for a tie up and Theka coffee will be made available in Reliance outlets across various metropolitans.

Theka coffee model is fraud for franchise owner, they expect franchise owner to sell 7,500 coffee bottles every month. But i reailty one could only sell 3,000- 3500 bottles every month.
They earn from our franchise fees of 13,00,000. 😢 and leave us high and dry

This fellow could have taken loan easily from the bank. With Sharks, he wanted low risk but highly scalable business strategy. Unfortunately all them are incapable of such.
