I have a somewhat unique perspective on this question and it’s variants. I worked a kids program several years back and a couple times we played a game with our toddlers with the idea to tire them out. The game didn’t really have any rules they just had to chase us and try to catch us. I was a track athlete in my senior year. I had pretty great cardio for a normal person. We had about 30-40 kids total split between 2-3 of us let me tell you that it’s only a matter of time before they catch you and even toddlers can drag you to the ground. Of course we had the restriction of not being able to hurt any of them but let me tell you when you have about 10 swarming you you can’t keep track of them all and once 2-3 get a hold of your legs you can’t generate force as well or move fast enough to get them off before the others get you 100 is guaranteed to overwhelm you in numbers and with 100 biting and scratching at you as you get swarmed you have no chance. With one man sized duck (or even horse sized duck) you only have to watch out for one bill and maybe it’s wings. Even though it’s stronger than you you have several paths to victory provided your nimble enough to avoid taking damage. Against 100 small creatures human or otherwise the numbers will always overtake you.

I'm 186 cm and weigh about the same as Ocon and I've never had any health issues. I'm able to run, lift the same amount of weight as Ocon (I'm sure he can do more than 10 kg because driving a Formula One car around for 1 and a half hours has got to be pretty strenuous), do 10 pullups etc..

Don't know where you got that duck height but it is wrong. The average duck height (Mallard, Red Teal... those kinds of ducks) is about 5 inches or 12 cm, when they stretch and "stand tall" they about triple that. there total length (tip of tail to tip of beak) would be about 65 but have you ever seen a duck standing on their tail? So a more fair count would be 35-40 cm
He's lost it
A standing mallard is about 30-45cm tall depending on posture, so you could argue that the Ocons would be a bit smaller, providing you with an important bit of extra size advantage.
However, the 65cm is a measurement is from beak to tail, typically the longest measurement on a bird if you disregard wingspan. Ocon's height is also the longest measurement on a person if you disregard wingspan, so I think the scaling in the video is also a valid argument and a valid reason to be very afraid of all those Estebans Ocon.

The sheer numbers you presented here simply cannot defeat whatever the duck can muster. Plus the duck Ocon's can use their number and apply military level strategies whereas a duck is well, a duck. And he's alone to boot

Also the pull up argument is wrong because when you do pull up the muscles most active aren’t actually the « arms » it is actually the back and the core. If 100 duck would hit at 8900 n they would have to hit at the same time and at the same place so if would get punched by 100 ocons it would be like receiving an impact of a small hit but everywhere on your body
You neglected to upscale from a duck into Ocon. You only downscaled from one Ocon into many ducks, understandable, but a beginners mistake none the less.
