Where I can train against the keeper? Is there a training mode?
You have to go to skills section in your team and then press the button that says "prove"

You don't need the raindow you can do it a lob if a player doesn't look at the ball he will do the same thing
correct but this is easier and this has a higher percentage of doing a bicycle kick than lob
