This was built my mike Hauver in western Maryland His website has all the details. Him, Todd Cambio at fraulini , and brad Goodman are the only guys I know of building authentic Stella clones.

I just tune it like a standard 12 string setup but with medium gauge strings tuned down to B instead of E
