I'm in Maenam on the island of Koh Samui and love this part of the island so much that I want to live here. The Maenam area has the beach, markets, great restaurants plus cheap rental of rooms, units or houses. Now I need to find a way to make and income to support my goals of calling Koh Samui home.
I'm Simon and this is my video journey in SE Asia.

I've been to Maenam several times now, usually staying at Silent Beach Treehouse or Moonhut or CoCo Sunset Beach...
...but I've not been to this market -- only the night market over in Fisherman's Village.
I'm returning again in a couple of months for an extended stay -- I'll be sure to look for this.

Simon do you live in Koh Samui. I like to hear you speak the language. I wanted to buy a property in Thailand [Phuket]. But I was told foreigners cannot buy property, only Condo. It is a real shame. I love it in Thailand.

Hi which is the biggest supermarket in Maenam?
There's no real supermarket at Maenam, you would need to head back into Chaweng or near Chaweng. 7 Eleven and markets along with small local shops are where you purchase items from, well this is what I do.
