Just a tip, set aside contingency funds, don’t settle for less than what you want in the space, because you end up paying twice to change it. Just a tip, set aside contingency funds, don’t settle for less than what you want in the space, because you end up paying twice to change it. Exactly. My uncles have done their homes, moved, and done the new ones, it's often 2X the initial estimate and 3X as long because getting it right matters
