Actually the Funtime Chica they showed in this animation is what she actually looks like. She's in Pizzeria Sim and you can buy her as an animatronic for your restaurant. Same with Rockstar Chica (the one with the maracas).
I believe the reason withered chica (FNAF 2) looks that way at that point is cuz she didn’t initially look like that. She became broken down overtime between that game and how she looked at the time of fredbears family diner.
He has played up till sister location. Without having properly finished any of them, up till night 4 on each. So he obviously doesn't know about pizzeria simulator characters and nightmare mangle is a very obscure character from the Halloween portion of fnaf 4 which he has not done. So it's understandable
