Annie asked Armin if he was willing to die if he was ordered to, and he said something along the lines of "If I knew what I was dying for and there's no other way, than I'd do it, it must be done".
To answer your question, we learned in part 1 of the season that the Reiss family had been manipulating/erasing the people of the walls memories with the power of the Founding Titan (coordinate) all this time. Literally a huge plot point of the first 12 episodes of the season. That’s what the Beast Titan was referring to.
And the reason why the king erased their memories will soon be delved in the next season. :) P.S. i just had an idea that it would be good to put it to 3 episodic OVA of Grisha's backstory.
When I rewatch the scene with Armin, I can just see through the fire that Eren has sealed the wall. But with Bertolt it would have looked like he had not moved, as he could not make him out properly through the fire. That makes the scene even sadder. Because of Armin had let go at that point he may have lived.
I think maybe erwin is still alive so is armin maybe, and we saw that levi can rescue someone by turning him into a titan using that injection, if you remember we saw Mikasa attacking levi maybe because he chose to save erwine instead Mikasa and erene want armin to be saved I think they had a fight because of that. Or maybe because levi wasted the chances of killing zeke. That's my theory

Who would levi be able to beat? Goku? Luffy, naruto, ichigo, gon, meliodas, baki, natsu, saitama? None of them. He is very weak compared to other anime characters. Saying he is the strongest amongst them is an enormous stretch. Not only that, but he is weaker than the majority of minor characters in shounen aswell

I've seen 3 different english subs of this now. Only 1 version, not this one, actually says Armin is more of a Hero than anyone, which the title of the show is Hero. However the other 2 versions just go with brave or courageous instead of Hero. You'd think they would put the right translation in if it was what the title of this episode was about.

Speaking about fights you would be "stuck" : Naruto and Sasuke vs Momoshiki is above everything else. It could possibly be the best fight scene animated ever in the history of anime. As good as this fight was, (frankly, DBS fight of Goku UI was not really a master class of animation, it is just more about stills imo), but the Naruto & Sasuke fight was just god tier, if you ever get the time, check it out. It was a lot longer as well which just goes to show the incredible work animators had to put in

I've seen 3 different english subs of this now. Only 1 version, not this one, actually says Armin is more of a Hero than anyone, which the title of the show is Hero. However the other 2 versions just go with brave or courageous instead of Hero. You'd think they would put the right translation in if it was what the title of this episode was about.

1. Beast Titan on the bad situation his got really bad hurt and the priority , he must go back to home with Titan like a dog ... Beast Titan cant turn to Titan and fight for a while , and Levi after defeat 4 Titan his try to catch dog Titan & beast Titan .
2. Rainer & bartolt definitely lose really so bad , but we're sad for Captain Erwin and Armin to , but Armin he Will live again after he eat bartolt and become a new colosal Titan , winner definitely in real clan eldia but we are lose many soldier and Captain Erwin

Speaking about fights you would be "stuck" : Naruto and Sasuke vs Momoshiki is above everything else. It could possibly be the best fight scene animated ever in the history of anime.
As good as this fight was, (frankly, DBS fight of Goku UI was not really a master class of animation, it is just more about stills imo), but the Naruto & Sasuke fight was just god tier, if you ever get the time, check it out. It was a lot longer as well which just goes to show the incredible work animators had to put in
